it's the truth. if you love someone you hand over to them the ability to break you. it is the way it works. and there's always that little part of your brain that is scared that they will use that power, even though the rest of you is sure they won't. and there's always a chance they will.
if that happens there is only one thing you can do. get better. and don't say you can't. that's not true. you can. it's the way the world works. you can always get better. no matter what.

Maybe break isn't exactly the right word. Perhaps bend might be more accurate...
