recently someone wondered why my best friend knew something that they hadn't told her. i laughed and said "because she's Laura." that may not make sense, but it is the reason.
having a best friend means you can share anything with them. you tell them everything. gossip and drama are the main things other people hear about. it's just the way life works. having someone who knows all the same things as you and, most times, thinks in the same manner, is a very good thing.
it makes it so you don't have to worry about analyzing any of life's problems alone. you ahve someone there telling you what they think. it's just great.
especially when friendship gets to the point where you can start a question and they interupt you with the answer. i've had this happen so many times it isn't even funny. and i can tlak with my mouth full and everyone will hear gibberish and i just point to my best friend and she translates for me.
i think everyone needs that kind of friend.

Best friends are pretty darn sweet. I'm glad I got to have friends like that, even when I didn't realize it at first. And I sure hope you didn't forget about me, I mean, forget about Drew... I'm sure he would not like being forgotten... Anyway... Yeah...
